"I have been paying RM200+ monthly for a season pass at Uptown 2 for over two years, and the experience has been consistently unacceptable. The parking system is unreliable — the card reader frequently fails, causing long queues every morning. This directly results in employees being late for work, which is not only frustrating but also completely avoidable if the system was properly maintained. The boom gate malfunctions are a regular occurrence, not a rare issue. These problems have been reported repeatedly by many tenants, yet management has shown no meaningful action, no system upgrade, and no accountability. It appears that complaints are simply ignored. For the amount we are paying, the service is nowhere near the standard it should be. At this point, it feels like we are paying premium fees for daily inconvenience and wasted time. It is long overdue for the management to take responsibility, invest in a working system, and provide the level of service being charged for. Temporary “fixes” are not solutions — the issues should have been resolved years ago."

"Not sure why there isnt any review for the uptown 2 building monthly pass parking. Paid so expensive for monthly pass 200+ and what we get is frequent system issue, everyone stuck at the entrance/exit gate or you have to scan so many times to get the gate open. Very very very poor management and no one care to fix. Emailed the management regarding some issues but no one reply, they are probably too busy. Their solution is to take parking ticket and intercom to get the gate open for you later. So yeah you get to collect their parking ticket and count how many times their system crash."
"This is a pretty standard office building with nothing particularly remarkable about its architecture or design – just your typical functional building. However, the standout feature is the Subway Sandwiches restaurant conveniently located on the ground floor. It’s a great option for grabbing a quick and fresh meal during a busy workday. The service at Subway is decent, and the food quality is consistent. If you're working in or visiting the building, having Subway right there is definitely a plus, though the building itself doesn’t offer much in terms of ambiance or uniqueness."
"DISSAPOINTED. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the guard spoke rudely and acted aggressively when I wanted to park my car and fetch my son from Cutie Cottage. Rubbish Management! Better give me a clear explaination about the rude attitude. If I am an USEFUL manager, I would HIRE this dude!! Name Pancha GROSS NEGLIGENCE!! 🙄🙄"
