They shared great tips, setup advice, and riding recommendations that made the whole experience even better. "I recently purchased a new Canyon Aeroroad custom bike at the Carlsbad store. I had previously purchased two mountain bikes for my 12 year old twins online. Since I was leveling up my purchase, I decided to walk in the store to check it out. I worked with Gavin and the rest of the Canyon team; the experience was amazing! I've been riding for 30 years and worked in a variety of shops, I'm a knowledgable customer. The experience at Canyon was perfection, they were super helpful without the attitude or any judgement. The bike was absolutely beautiful, the build was spot on and the performance is amazing. They took the time to walk me through the bike and all the cool features. I felt like a valued customer and member of the Canyon family. I'm excited to join the local group ride and meet new people that share my enthusiasm for the sport. "My bike arrived and once I open the box I realized that it had been open before. So I bought a bike that was not new and paid full in the price for it. Parts were missing but they're giving me a hard time about getting the parts I need to put the bike together. Also, the bike was partially assembled before. So this is not a new bike but I paid for a new bike. They don't really want to do anything unless I want to rent a truck and drive the bike and pallet back to FedEx and send the bike back. This is all at my cost. But this is their fault. This is not right. This is not a company that cares about their customers. It Is Not how you do business. So now I have zero trust in this company and cannot recommend them to anybody else."

"Canyon is tops for value and performance. Full stop. In 2023, after researching competitive endurance bike brands and finding nothing that could compete on value, performance, and comfort, I bought my first Canyon, the Endurace CF SLX 8 Aero Di2, and 4 years later, I’m very satisfied. A bit less slammed-forward than the Ultimate, the Endurance is what used to be impossible in a road bike, fast and comfortable. Two and a half years after my purchase, while pushing hard up a steep, bumpy climb without looking ahead, I thrashed right through a pothole. Didn’t crash, but the impact knocked my chain off the front ring, tore the chainsuck plate right off the chainstay and gouged it, thus compromising the frame integrity. 100% my own fault. Dang! After contemplating frame carbon repair , I decided instead to use Canyon’s 3-year Crash Protection Program. After seeing a photo of the frame damage, Canyon offered me a new replacement frame at a generous discount; no strings attached. I took the generous offer and, once again, I’m very satisfied with the outcome. During this timeline, my experience with Canyon Service shows improvement, too. I’m delighted with the recent process to replace the internal fork-clamp in the cockpit. The service handoff was outstanding between Canyon Warranty Service (thank you, Hector), and the awesome Canyon Showroom in Carlsbad with my two heroes, Gavin and Gigi!"

"I had an amazing experience at Canyon recently! For background information, I am a complete newbie to the world of cycling, and had no idea what to do or where to start. So, naturally, I talked to the staff and met Andrew! Instantly, he explained things in simple terms and walked me through which bike I should buy. He was extraordinarily kind, and patient with me. I told him my needs, my budget, and my experience level, and he fit me with the perfect bike. As a complete newbie, Andrew made me confident in what bike to buy, and way less intimidated! He also walked me through what attachments to tools to buy, such as a multitool, tire lever ect, and even gave me his email if I ever had any questions about the sport!
