"Dont be fooled as the technology of this firm is way out-of-dated. The employee is trying to squeeze every ounce of money out of their clients. I don't know if they are underpaid or not. Comparing to KiotViet and making the website by yourself, their service is such a waste of money. I am so upset I get hung up with such low level of service and not user-friendly website."
"I would say the customer service (CS) in this company is the worst in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. First of all, we have tried to connected to them and clearly stated that we want to hire their services in order to support our business, and though the long conversation then reaching to contracts without any support in either technical and CS in the weekends (This could be acceptable). However, after we have accepted all of their proposals, we still cannot get the service started. As I said above, we need their service urgently, but they treat us not really professional. We talked to their CS and tried to send the signed contract using Grab, but they don't want to take our hope and asked the Grab driver return the contract to us. And then they asked us to use EMS sending the contract to them which would take around 2 - 3 days to reach them. I feel really disappointed to their CS, although people said that their platform is one of the best in Vietnam. I hope they could improve their services and publicly announce their care to their customers properly. I hope their future customers won't have the experiences as me with Haravan."
"Haravan is a very interesting tool. We decided to use their service 1 month ago. Unfortunately the service before and after purchase is remarkably different. Before we signed up we were ensured that the system would work for shipping worldwide and the sales people would tell us that set-up would only take 30 minutes. We where also promised that we could use two currencies (Vietnam Dong and USD) free of charge. Its now a month later and Haravan still haven’t set up products in 2 currencies, as promised when signing up. Further more there is no professional way of shipping world wide with this system. The buttons and simple interface is not working properly. We still didn’t go online with the system so we are currently not sure if the omnichannel is really working. Robins.vn is not agreeing to use Haravan omichannel as the salespeople says the systems is not working well. I was personally so thrilled about haravan – unfortunate I now feel it was a waste a money. Go for Shopify!"
