"This company is rotten from the top down! I bought a heat pump for almost 150 million VND, and when they delivered it, they didn't install it and still demanded payment. Is there any other company that delivers and then demands payment without installation? It's a machine worth hundreds of millions of VND! From the sales representative to the branch manager and the manager in Hanoi, they all spoke in a challenging tone. The contract was poorly drafted, misleading customers with a delivery clause (which they defined as meaning no installation) and still demanding payment. When I offered to return my 30 million VND deposit, they refused to pay. This company is so greedy they've lost all conscience, reputation, and brand. With this kind of opportunistic behavior, they'll surely go bankrupt soon. Don't be foolish enough to choose them! You'll lose your money and end up with nothing. And one more thing, they were missing one pipe from the installation (and they said I had to pay upon delivery – no wonder, they probably just ran away with the money, they wouldn't dare install it, right?)."
