"The franchise owner, Mr. Bhatt, was rude, had absolutely no patience, belligerent and clearly thought were costing him money because we did not know how to exactly use his service. Amazon return issue. I have been to several of UPS stores in various states and had many great experiences. Not in this store. Any franchise owner who cannot handle himself with a little dignity when a frustrated needs some more corporate training Or maybe a non customer service oriented business to run."
