"Not only is the hotel and it's views beautiful (right on the water with gorgeous views and grounds), but more importantly the staff is amazing. In the midst of an active war and very stressful conditions, they have been warm and understanding and helpful. From getting food with a smile despite being short staffed due to the conditions (thank you Mr. Ruslan), to getting us through a last minute flight change from Egypt to Jordan (thanks to Amira and Meir for helping us figure it out and help through the uncertainty and anxiety)! "Located in Eilat, Dan Eilat is a great hotel for anyone who is willing to pay the higher price for the luxury experience. The hotel is situated right next to the beach and all the major stores, which is exactly why the location is so excellent. There are two swimming pools, one of them is more professional with lanes, and the other is more casual and suited for families with a water slide. The rooms were clean and overall had a pleasant atmosphere. The dining room offers a lot of unique dishes both in the dinner and in breakfast. Overall I definitely recommend this place to anyone that want to fancy himself with a nice experience."
"No service. No parking. No one helps you to take your bags when you show up. You’ll have to park far away. Concierge won’t offer advice on where to park and will sound irritated when you ask. Made up for it in other ways. Beautiful inside. Great location. Great free cocktails and snacks."
"A well established hotel in Eilat, has its own beach. We had a large room with a sitting area and a balcony. The bathroom included a shower, a bath tub & toilet. The breakfast is very diverse. Service is excellent - we quickly received what we asked for. It is located in the north shore, close to shops and restaurants. Tha Parking garage is limited in parking spaces, and paid city parking is available outside. There is a spa, and two outdoor pools, with warmed waterduring the winter. There is a game room and a Lego room for kids, and a 24H gym."
