"You will absolutely hear everything that happens above you. I complained about noise for over 6 months and had to move to another unit to fix the issue, which was very burdensome. The apartments are not insulated well and I had to pay about 700 a month in the winter to keep my apartment moderately cold. If you get the top floor and have a lot of money it might be nice, but for the area and the price it is not worth it. There is also no where to take your dog out that is safe."

"I’ve only lived here for a little over a month, but I absolutely love it. The beautiful historic building is well-maintained and is in an extremely convenient location, a short walk away from Battleship Cove and Braga Bridge as well as being near some great restaurants and local businesses. Dyani and Kevin are extremely friendly and helpful, and communication has been great so far. The building also includes a great clubhouse and office spaces available to residents and a nice spa with hot yoga. No issues with noise so far and the other residents have all been pleasant and thoughtful. It’s very clear that this is a well-run establishment and that the company takes pride in taking care of its residents."

"We put in an application to rent a room and have yet to hear back from the leasing office - yet the application says we're "pre-approved" with a move-in date. We've tried to contact the phone number and nobody answers, I've tried to visit and nobody answers the door, the email bounces back too. Is there someone who can help?? I really would LOVE to live here and I don’t know where else to reach out to."
