"Unfortunately, I had to go here because the brewery store was closed. I was at the brewery at 7:30 PM, although according to the schedule, the store is open until 8:00 PM. Having checked the schedule of this store on Google Maps, I was sure that it was open, because it says that it is open until 9:00 PM. Arriving here, another "surprise" awaited me - an announcement that on 19.12 the store is open until 5:00 PM. For what reason? Is today some kind of holiday? "I asked to see a document prohibiting consultation with minors regarding components (not the devices themselves). The woman and the man tried to find something online, but the woman eventually started to pick on me and interrupt me, asking for my documents. Even though there's no age limit for accessing the consumer area, they eventually showed me an article on my phone (not on the consumer area) that didn't mention the age limit for consulting components. They also kept asking for advice from someone else. Basically, these are legally uneducated people who interrupt and don't cite the law, but make up laws out of their heads. I advise the owner of this franchise to pay attention to their employees, who are making up laws on the fly, and teach them the constitution and what's allowed and what's not."
