"On the one hand, a top agency, smart people, but on the other hand, several incomprehensible things happened in the cooperation (in 2022). Of those, I would highlight at least the fact that PNO also counted from organics, although we insisted that it be counted only from orders brought by the campaign. They also calculated for us. Our turnover was exactly the same, whether with or without the campaign. However, Dexfinity was satisfied, since the agreed PNO was met, but we were not satisfied, because in terms of orders brought, the cooperation was unprofitable. Rather, it was eating up our organics, which were declining thanks to the campaign. Of course, this was not acceptable to us, because we did not start the cooperation to pay the agency tens of percent of the existing turnover, but to find a way to grow together. Maybe they are doing well with others, I don't know."
