"It was a horrifying experience. Almost all the positive reviews are left by their employees (check the staff page on their website), and they force them to remove the negative ones. And I say this from personal experience. I left a bad review because I had a terrible experience with them (they work terribly and only make themselves known to collect), and it took me forever to get out of their restrictive contracts. They still continued to charge me for services they'd never even provided. After my negative review, they called me to tell me they'd cancel the supposed debt only if I removed the review. I did, which I did to get rid of them, but now that some time has passed, I feel the need to share it because I've learned that this bad experience has happened to many of their other customers. Trust me, stay away from this company."
