"I was a new patient at this OB-GYN office and already nervous walking in. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk made things worse. While signing in, I accidentally filled out the wrong section of the sign-in sheet. Instead of politely explaining or helping me, the front desk employee staff basically went to another employee and was gossiping about me..Iittle did she know, I was standing there to return the ipad. I heard the whole thing, she was laughing and making fun of me for the mistake. For a medical office—especially an OB-GYN, where patients are often vulnerable, anxious, or scared—this behavior is completely unprofessional and unkind. A simple, respectful correction would have been enough. Instead, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable before I was even seen. I ended up telling her to return my medical insurance card and cancelling my appointment. Patients deserve compassion and professionalism, especially when they are new and unfamiliar with office procedures. I hope this office takes patient dignity more seriously in the future."

"I do not recommend coming here, especially if you are in need of urgent care. I contacted the office with urgency on Monday and was told I would receive a priority call back. Despite this being an ongoing issue since September, and clearly requiring timely attention, I received no updates or communication for days. When I was finally contacted on Friday, the call was completely unhelpful. The person who called was not the doctor and appeared entirely unaware of my case, my requested treatment, or the reason for the call. When I asked for clarification, I was met with attitude instead of answers. This experience showed a serious lack of urgency, organization, communication, and professionalism. I will be switching to another doctor"

"Dr. Jacob Tangir is top notch and I seen Marjorie, PA without a problem. This review is for administrative staff, manager and office. They are are truly horrible. They just cover up their flaws, not by being professional and helping the patient, but by covering themselves with lies, talking over you, non clinical staff dealing with clinical issues, even if they wrong you will take your money. All the negative reviews I read are legit. Shameful treatment to patients. DO NOT see the Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Salom for any hormone related care ONLY the doctor. Educate yourself and do your research. Don’t assume you will be listened to and treated in a professional manner or have expertise just because you are in a doctor’s office. Which is what you deserve and are paying for."

"I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 AM with Dr. Katerina Litvinova. It took me a half an hour to get there, I arrived five minutes early at 8:25. At 9:45 I left and was never seen. I am a mother of four with two jobs and made this appointment months ago. A 1.5+ hour wait for an annual checkup is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am incredibly frustrated that I just wasted almost three hours of my day. Save yourself the headache and find a doctor who values your time."
