"There seems to be something good here but i think they are able to market them selfs better than they can deliver. They sell themselves as diesel truck market specialist but my experience with them is that they were no better than general marketers. I had to continue correct them on designs, wording and expectations. The people were good to deal with but my issues were never getting directly handled. Instead of taking action and getting the job done they just kept bringing people in on zoom calls of different positons to assure me i would get taken care off. This didn't end up happening so i had to leave there services. I never seen a company have so many upper management positon for one department. lots of chiefs not much doer's. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't charging so much but they are extremely expensive and there prices are in USD so that doesn't help either. My expectations weren't of been so high if this was just a general marketing company but since they are so adamant about how good they are their diesel repair shop experience is, their service does not meet the price"
