"I do not recommend Digi Belgium. They are unprofessional and inexperienced people. In November I ordered a subscription, they forgot to send the sim card. After 2 weeks I call them where my card is, they started with apologies that they made a mistake like blah blah blah. I received the card and the porting from telenet to digi was not done. digi said that the problem was with telenet and in the end it was digi and they admitted that they were wrong. when you call them you wait 20 minutes to talk to an operator, during the call they put you on hold for another 5-10 minutes so they can consult with their colleagues because they do not know how to solve the problem. Stay with Telenet, Orange Proximus, Base, you pay a little more but they are serious and professional."
"Hey Digi , after you being the top company in Romania , what happened to you in Belgium ? After switching from another operator I had the unpleasant surprise to find your services unusable and very frustrating ( acces code sent by email , REALLY DIGI ?!!!!) After calling your customer support to announce the lack of functionality of your digital SIM card , I still got my bill , sent another NON functional physical SIM card this time , confirmed by my call again with customer support , I got 3rd SIM card, functional this time , alleluia ! My question is: WHY DO I GET CHARGED 3€ for the SIM card???????????????!!!!!!!!!! I would describe my experience with Digi Belgium as educational. I learned patience, anger management, and that hope is optional . Zero stars"
"am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with DIGI’s services. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been extremely disappointing. The service quality is very poor, and customer support is practically unreachable. I have tried multiple times to contact your team, but no one answers the calls or provides proper assistance. It seems that the company is only focused on collecting payments, without caring about the actual quality of service provided to customers. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect a clear explanation and an immediate solution to this issue. If the problem is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking further action and sharing my experience publicly."
"Scammers! They have invoiced me to pay for the service I am not able to use as I cant turn on/activate my Digi subscription attached to my previous Belgian number. I am now without mobile number/data and they have not responded to my mail sent week ago. I sent a new mail, and hope this review will push you to answer me :) I cant even call cause nothing is working!"
