"After they rudely deleted my honest opinion, here it is again: Positives: The facilities and interior design are beautiful and appear clean. The security staff and the cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for your service. Negatives: However, the management staff/team are arrogant and incompetent. They do not greet you when passing by and often react in an annoyed manner when asked questions. It also needs to be mentioned that one of the female security guards who sits upstairs in front of the gym (not the Muslim one) — the taller of the two — appears less professional, less polite and more careless than the smaller Muslim guard. There are too many unnecessary rules. For example, you are not allowed to sit on the edge of the pool and put your feet into the water, even when wearing swimwear. You are also not allowed to consume anything around the pool area except water. The condominium is not child-friendly. Children are not allowed to play at the edge of the pool with pool toys, with the justification of “slipping hazard.” This is ridiculous, as the floor is wet anyway when people leave the pool. There is also no playground for children. The kids’ area is a joke — just an empty room. For every violation, you are immediately fined without any warning: 2,000–5,000 THB. The parking situation is also unreasonable. Only two vehicles are allowed to be parked on the premises per condo, which is simply not enough. Conclusion: Many people come to Thailand to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. For most people from the West, this means polite people, simplicity, and a laid-back atmosphere. This condominium has stricter rules than in Western countries, but not in a positive sense — such as employee labor rights (security staff work under slave-like conditions: 7 days a week without paid days off, 24-hour shifts during shift changes, otherwise 12-hour shifts are the norm), nor in terms of building safety standards or construction quality according to Western standards. This condo is suitable at most for remote workers who only work here and do not want to swim or have fun. It is unsuitable for families and children. There are too many prohibitions and it is not child-friendly. In Bangkok, there are many much better condos that are more relaxed in the areas that actually matter. Strictness regarding safety standards and cleanliness is important, but this has nothing to do with that. If a condo enforces stricter rules than in Western countries, it should also offer Western-level quality. This is not the case here. After only a few years, there are visible signs of deterioration such as damaged wooden stairs, peeling paint, and rusted metal railings. Strict rules without matching quality are unreasonable."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Elio Del Nest. The facilities are modern and well-maintained — from the gym and pool to the relaxing green spaces. It’s a peaceful place to come home to, and I felt very comfortable during my time there. What I loved most is the location — it’s surrounded by lots of delicious street food options, perfect for quick meals or late-night cravings. Plus, it’s conveniently connected to transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great mix of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Highly recommended!"
"I recently moved into this condo and visited the gym for the first time. I understand and respect the no-camera policy for privacy, and I complied immediately when informed. However, my overall experience felt a bit unwelcoming. I was approached twice by security within a short time, including being told I could not work out while wearing Crocs, even though I was only doing light warm-up and lifting. While I understand safety rules, I feel the communication could have been more friendly and accommodating, especially for new residents. A clearer explanation of gym rules beforehand would help improve the experience."
"This condo is absolutely immaculate and honestly a bit mind-blowing. I expected a “mega project” like this to have crowded common areas, but it’s been surprisingly quiet. I use the pool at least once a week, and most of the time there are only 1–2 other people there — more than enough space given the pool’s size. The gym is very good for a condo. As a serious lifter, I still have to work around some equipment, and this is definitely the most crowded common area — usually around 10 people at a time — but it’s manageable. The apartments themselves are amazing: modern, lovely layouts, decent kitchens, and very quiet. I live in House D, which is farther from the road, so I can’t speak for every building, but it’s been fantastic here. Even emergency vehicles with sirens are barely noticeable. My favorite features are definitely the private 7-Eleven and the massive yard area. Overall, I love living here!"
