"Worst service I’ve ever received at a post office. Do not come here if you’re looking for efficiency. I was shipping a Depop order and had a QR code for a prepaid label. I was told they don’t accept QR codes at this location-complete lie as they had already accepted 3 different parcels with Depop QR codes at this location earlier this week. I purchased a mailer and was initially charged $5 for it, even though it was clearly marked as $2. I had to ask multiple times before the employee realized the mistake. After that, I was charged an additional $1.50 just to print a label, despite the package already having a prepaid label that was provided via the QR code they refused to scan. To top it off, I was asked if I wanted a receipt. When I said yes, I was then told I couldn’t be given one. When I asked why, the employee simply stood there, visibly annoyed, without offering any explanation. Clearly had no idea what he was doing."
