"What a hidden gem! Having recently registered my business above the 71–75 meeting rooms, I was curious to see the space in person while in Covent Garden. Despite not having a booking that day, Chantelle and Lilly were more than happy to show me around. The meeting rooms are brilliantly set up and well-designed with easy-to-use screens for presenting, and just as importantly, complimentary coffee (with biscuits!). It immediately felt like somewhere I’d be comfortable bringing new clients. Needless to say, I booked a two-hour meeting later that week, and it went perfectly. Chantelle and Lilly were again incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating with a welcoming smiles that are exactly the kind of front-of-house presence you’d want greeting clients on arrival. They even grabbed an extra chair at short notice when an additional attendee turned up. It’s a superb setup that manages to feel both professional and personal, with a real boutique office vibe in the heart of Covent Garden.
