"Hardworking Americans beware, consumers charged high-sum fee over alleged “insufficient notice” despite providing written notice: I lived at Solaire for several years, paying rent on time every month and leaving my apartment in excellent condition. When I moved out, I was hit with a $1,871 fee because management claims they never received my 60-day notice to vacate. On August 20, I submitted my notice to vacate via email. I sent Bell Partners’ employees various records showing I sent them an email. Despite the records, they claimed no record exists on their end. The leasing agreement requires 60 days notice, or you must pay a certain amount to Bell Partners as a penalty. Bell Partners’ system apparently doesn’t provide tenants with confirmation when notice is received, and they won’t accept my proof of submission. As a consumer, there’s no accurate way to verify whether Bell Partners actually logged your notice until it’s too late to dispute. Surely, I should have sent certified mail with return receipt or gotten written confirmation from the leasing office. As a consumer, I wrongfully put my trust in a company and expected that their online systems would function. If you choose to live here, I suggest you provide your advanced notice to vacate via certified mail when your lease comes due, not just email or their portal. Make sure you get written confirmation from the office that they received it. Keep detailed records everything, including all of your communications with Bell Partners. Above all, never innocently assume the company has your best interest in mind and that their system is tracking things correctly. The apartments themselves were fine, but this experience showed me their billing practices heavily favor the company when there’s any dispute. I can’t prove whether this was an honest mistake or intentional on their end, but either way, I’m out nearly $2,000. Therefore, I highly suggest hard-working consumers beware. Greedy corporations have been exploiting a system that puts the interests and wellbeing of tenants below that of corporate profits and executive compensation. In close review, tenants can observe that their leasing agreements are full of complex legal jargon, anti-consumer clauses, and financially exploitative stipulations. Is it the case that in America, and particularly in Florida, the rules are written to make companies feel so beyond reproach that an issue can never be their fault, and the repercussions must always be borne by consumers? In the end, you can be a tenant with an excellent profile who spends several years properly fulfilling the terms of their leasing agreement by paying on time and timely vacating their apartment over in turn-key condition, only for the corporation to find a way to squeeze one last bit of money out of you. Hopefully, in a day not too far, it will become commonplace for people, especially hard-working, middle class consumers, to be defended against the overreach and abuse of corporations. Until then, I suggest any prospective tenants closely watch and follow the terms of their leasing agreements to ensure you can accurately fight back against unjust junk fees and outrageous penalties, and look to live elsewhere."

The community is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a modern, upscale feel that stands out from every other apartment complex in Sarasota. The amenities are a game-changer — the resort-style pool, stunning clubhouse, state-of-the-art gym, and comfortable workspaces make it feel like you’re living at a luxury hotel. The location couldn’t be better either: minutes from UTC Mall, top restaurants, gyms, and everything Sarasota has to offer. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. Maintenance requests (the rare times I’ve needed them) are handled fast and professionally. It’s clear they truly care about the residents. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuine luxury lifestyle — Solaire Apartments at UTC is the best in town. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home!"
"I’ve had a great experience living at Solaire Apartments in Sarasota. The community strikes an excellent balance between modern amenities, comfort, and convenience. The property is well-maintained, and the buildings and landscaping always look clean and inviting. The apartments themselves are spacious, with updated finishes, plenty of natural light, and layouts that feel thoughtfully designed. Noise levels have been very manageable,. The location is a major perk—close to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive from downtown Sarasota and the beaches. It’s far enough from heavy traffic to feel peaceful, yet close enough to everything you need. I’ve also had positive interactions with the management and maintenance teams. They’ve been responsive, friendly, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear they care about residents’ comfort and the appearance of the community. Overall, Solaire Apartments offers a comfortable, stylish, and well-run place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Sarasota area."
