"As an Ambassador member who has stayed at many hotels, I can confidently say this property delivered an excellent experience especially for a long stay. I spent 40 nights here, and the consistency of service throughout my stay was truly impressive. From check-in to daily support, the service was outstanding. The employees are genuinely nice, gentle, and professional, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel welcome. A special thanks to Pramod Kumar, whose room service/housekeeping support was exceptional--my room was always spotless, well maintained, and refreshed with great attention to detail The breakfast and food quality were also a highlight-fresh, tasty, and with good variety, making it easy to enjoy meals even during an extended stay. Location-wise, it's very convenient: close to the metro and near many nice places, which makes commuting and exploring the area simple and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a strong service culture. I would absolutely recommend it and would gladly stay again."

"We stayed at Le Méridien Riyadh for 2 nights as a stopover before travelling to Southeast Asia, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived late at night, and from the moment we pulled up, the service was excellent. The bell boy opened the car door and promptly took care of our luggage, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Check-in at reception was smooth and welcoming, and a special mention to Khaled, the night manager, who was extremely kind and professional. He even upgraded us, which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, which was very clean, tidy, spacious, and well maintained — perfect for resting and resetting before our onward travel. The only downside was that you could hear quite a lot of road noise at times, especially motorbikes racing through at night. However, this didn’t take away too much from the overall stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of several malls, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, we would happily stay again."

"Very Disappointing Iftar Experience – Not Worth the Price We visited Le Méridien Riyadh for Iftar today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The salad selection was clearly not fresh — it tasted like it had been prepared the previous day. The vegetables were soggy and unappetizing. The meat was not properly cooked, which was extremely concerning. I have visited many five-star hotels and restaurants during Ramadan, and this was by far the lowest quality experience I’ve had. It did not meet even basic standards expected from a hotel of this category. My family and I ended up leaving hungry because we simply couldn’t eat the food. It was absolutely not worth the price, and I would not recommend it at all. If I could give less than zero stars, I would."

"I became a regular customer of the Restaurant at the first level of Le Meridian Hotel Riyadh. The restaurant serves an open buffet Seafood on Thursday which is outstanding at at levels. The level of the variety of seafood fish prawns shells calamry etc as well as the taste of the dishes style of cooking. I would like to Thank Chef Amr for his tremendous effort and contribution to finally present the dishes in an excellent presentation in the addition to the undoubt flavor. I would to extend the thanks to his assistance and the waiters Samun and Akhil. There is a great Value for the price and the venue ambience is nice. I really enjoyed the experience and the offer and I would not. like it to end."

"The hotel have very nice lobby and nicely decorated rooms. I had the best check-in experience ever! The checkin counter staff “Ruba” was outstanding in finalizing the checkin and coordinating with the butler. I had the junior sweet, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to “Ruba” for making the stay easier."
