"I bought a sublimation package, with print, ink, paper... it says on the website that I receive an ink profile, which is why I bought the print. I called before placing the order to make sure they had an ink profile, they told me yes, to send me an email after the order arrives. I sent an email and they told me without embarrassment that there is no color profile. To leave the yellow at -10. Lack of professionalism and liars of the lowest order! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They delayed the delivery of the order for a few days and only after insistence did they send it."
