"Location is very convenient for a Basalt business like mine with plenty of parking in Willits. Building access outside of Regus business hours is cumbersome since wifi in Willits is spotty. Facility is spacious and organized but leases/rental is expensive and full of fine print fees - watch out! I signed a two-year lease and they have fine print to still increase rent on the second year despite all written communication that the intent was to sign a two-year lease to keep rent the same. This location recently cut down on reception and support staff (We miss Bryant! Luke is great but he has no support!) so the building support and housekeeping included with rent has noticeably dropped."
"There has been no hot water for 3 months and counting, the coffee machine breaks every week, corporate cut the reception staff, and they raised rent. They ask you to submit tickets to corporate but nothing comes of it - it’s like working with the cable or credit company. You just get run around in circles."
