Join the chats of the house where there are investors and understand the real state of affairs. This is not an appeal to the company or emotions. This is an actual experience that should warn others so that you do not find yourself in the same situation. I left a review of the Metropolis residential complex separately - this review directly concerns the developer company. ________________ UPD: 02/11/2026 ⚠️The company's public response contains false and distorted information. On May 20, I filed an application to stop payments and intend to terminate the contract. The company repeatedly refused to accept applications and did not pick up official correspondence from courier delivery, which is documented. On May 30, I was forced to personally bring the application to the office, after which it was accepted and signed by an authorized person (Dvoryk L.V.) with a recording of the intention to terminate the contract early and to stop payments. On July 10, the contract was terminated with the signatures of both parties. An attempt to present the situation as if the termination occurred solely due to my failure to fulfill my obligations is another distortion of the facts. The intention to terminate the cooperation was officially and in advance declared by me, which is confirmed by the relevant documents. The funds were returned only after numerous appeals and with a significant violation of the deadlines, which directly contradicts the company's statements about "transparent and timely communication". 🚩⚠️ Public distortion of facts even in a situation with signed documents indicates the company's real approach to communication and responsibility. I recommend that potential investors take this into account when making decisions. All facts are confirmed by documents."

"All this is very beautiful and the residential complex itself is not bad, but the delay in houses 3.1-3.3 of the Metropolis residential complex has been 4 years already!!!! Investors are being lied to. The promise of the type "I swear by my mother" to submit documents for the commissioning of the 2nd stage in operation. by the end of the summer has not been fulfilled. There is no work (visible) on the site. The developer also shows a desire to refuse to do already paid repairs on the row of houses, since prices have increased since the 21st year. When will my house be completed? How much more money will I have to spend on renting an apartment for me and my family? Who will be responsible for the delay of 4 years and compensate my expenses? ENOUGH TOLERATE THIS!"

DIM repaired the windows of my neighbors from above and below, now my windows are leaking, the repair company hired by the developer did not take this into account. This problem has not been solved for four months, no one is even contacting me now. Everyone has gone into hiding. The directors here are not holding back, you can’t ask anyone, there is absolutely no organization in important matters, but DIM equips barbecue areas and plots, and there is a big problem with the facade. The windows are leaking and the internal insulation is getting wet, which affects the warmth of the apartment. And it is impossible to find who will solve the problem and when. I do not advise the developer. A cry of the soul. My apartment is in a state of emergency, when it rains and there are still such people here. This is already crossing all boundaries."
