"Easily the fastest turn around time out of any shop I've seen. The vinyl they use is top quality and the fact that they don't charge any digitizing fees is unheard of. I can see why they are the highest recommendation locally for custom apparel, decals, and embroidery. Their patience and kindness makes me a customer for life!"
"I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop since they opened and have trusted them with my company’s business for years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. It seems there may have been a miscommunication regarding the placement of the logo, and it ended up printed in the wrong location. However, there was no accountability for the possibility that the miscommunication may have come from their staff mishearing me. However, what made this situation more frustrating was the response when I brought it up. One staff member in the shop was very rude and not open to trying to find a solution or even discuss the issue. This staff member was very dismissive. I will say that every other time my company or I have worked with other staff members, the experience has been nothing but pleasant. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially when working with long-time customers and business orders. I’m very disappointed."
"Digital art has always shown such quality work and professionalism to me! I have been doing business with the staff for over 2 years and the communication, timeframes, and attitudes have always been top tier! Anytime I see someone asking where they can get quality work for amazing prices I always tag @digitalArt. Thank you all for years of exceptional service to me and the #WhyNotNow community! See you soon to place another order!"
"We've been using them for 5 years and every time we order something we are just blown away with their quality, speed, and efficiency."
"This place used to be awesome… Quick turnaround time and quality work. They have completely fallen off since things have opened up post-quarantine. Their hours are erratic, they frequently close earlier than the posted time, and they wanted 3 days and $15 to put a 2 inch 1color logo on a t shirt, when I used to get full-size, 2color designs on a t shirt for $7 in less than an hour. I’ll be taking my volume business elsewhere from now on. Btw This picture of their store hours was taken at 6:29 on a Tuesday. Door was locked. They looked at me through the glass like it was 8pm."
