"Title: $17,000 Spent. Zero Results. Deeply Disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but I can’t stay silent. I hired Disruptive Advertising to help grow my small business. I gave them my full trust—and it cost me dearly. Here’s what happened: •   I spent over $17,000 total including Google Ads. •   They delivered zero leads. •   The landing page was rushed, unprofessional, and full of errors. •   Their strategy relied on basic Google suggestions, not advanced keyword research or AI. •   Communication was poor and often dismissive. Nicole, in particular, argued with me over requests instead of collaborating. •   When it failed, they offered a $900 credit—that’s all. I canceled personal plans and vacations just to stay afloat. What I got was stress, health issues, and total disappointment. Disruptive talks a big game. But in my experience, they do not care about small businesses, and they do not deliver. "Disruptive Advertising has been our ads partner for nearly 2 years. We started with just Google ads, but we have recently added Meta advertising and occasional email advertising support. The team that manages our accounts is phenomenal and we love how they all work together to create a cohesive marketing strategy across platforms. Communication is top notch. We truly feel like a valued partner and appreciate how well our account managers know our brand. We have worked with other agencies in the past, and won't ever go back. Update: July 2025 -- We've now been working with Disruptive for 4 years and consider them an integral part of our marketing team at The Good and the Beautiful. While other brands are struggling on Meta, our account is flourishing. We also added Pinterest management to the mix a little over a year ago and have seen great results there too."

"Disruptive Advertising may be a good fit for you, but if you are a small to mid-sized brand I would think twice. I believe they are better suited for big brands with really big budgets. I found most of their team to be very professional and kind and genuinely interested in figuring out how to help my business. Where that was lost in translation is that they do not spend time to really get to know your brand and, while they don't disclose what you are paying them per hour, I believe that you get very little time from the marketing professionals you are paying. This is unfortunate, because if you're like me, running a $2 million dollar business and not a $200 million+ business, you're coming to Disruptive because you're trying to make a big leap, from being a small brand to becoming a much larger brand, and you believe agencies like this may hold the key strategy that you need to do so. Unfortunately, I believe that is wishful thinking here. I left Disruptive after 6 months of disappointing campaign performance on both Amazon and Google. After leaving Disruptive, I took the reigns back on my own advertising and I was able to do substantially better on both platforms, simply by understanding my brand and digging deep into the campaigns to optimize them. I was hoping for a shortcut here, but I truly believe that if the agency fails to dive deep into the brand, then they fail, and that's what happened here. We received zero updates/improvements to our A+ content on Amazon, and after I did this myself saw our ROI improve substantially. I also had a number of errors with their Google team where our products displayed without discounts and with some mysterious google issues that they were never able to solve for us, and truly never prioritized solving either. Not to mention, we are in the 'ai" age, and especially with Google, running a performance max campaign requires very little - Google is doing the heavy lifting, so I would ask yourself if you really need an agency to do that for you. Just tread carefully here. If you are a big brand with a really big budget I believe you can get much better results here than we did."
