"THEY ARE SCAMMERS They sent me a projector stand with wrong pieces in it. I asked for a substitution and they said they will send me (via email)a return lable. This never happened. After 3 unanswered emails i called and they told me that they will send it again. This never happened and when i called again my call was rejected. I kept writing and there was only silence. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ———————- Response to the owner: As showed in the screen shots that i sent you already before there was nothing in my spam, promotion and main mailbox. It took you several days to respond to me promising a refund since my last email. I have not seen anything returned to my bank account. This was on the 5th of October. Meaning that i have just celebrated 1 month of email exchanges, phone calls and google review chats with your company. As said in my many emails i would be happy to not hear anything from you exept a notification from my bank saying that my money has been returned."

"Although I have experience described in some comments and at some point I was furious because of misleading information about delivery, then about that trash courier delivery service TNT...Distrelec is really trying to deliver on time and with quality. I personally see improvement over the past years. Sadly not all components could be found, for example liquid flux. In such cases I am forced to search for competition. Also ordering using "rechnung", or twint is sadly not possible. Currently website is down for the last 30 minutes :-(. Anyway I happy to support local businesses and will proceed to do so. 2022: -1 star 🌟 this company is doing everything to lose customers. Yesterday I saw I cannot order less than 25CHF ? So I urgently needed one cable and ended up adding things I don't need 😔. I only had nice reception, very friendly ladies at pick-up desk but when business make such decision everyone is affected. Min order 25CHF - bad just bad move"
