"I’m adding the information I got my signs on Oct 19, Once again, the signs and artwork are great, I do really like it, nothing has changed But I didn’t come to beg for discount or something else I asked you, what kind of options you have and when the signs will be ready You and your team told me that it will be done next Wednesday(Oct 11) or Thursday(Oct12)! When the signs were ready? So, why do I have to hear about 7-10 business days and all this general information? Why do I have to hear why I didn’t call you? Why do I have to hear about other companies or contractors? Why you didn’t link the other emails that you sent me? And it doesn’t matter how many years you are running your business if it’s still difficult to make 100 signs done on time Once again, the signs and artwork are great and the guy who I worked with was very helpful and he got my point when I was in the office ——————- I’ll just share my experience working with DIT I made an order of 100 lawn signs on Oct 5, 2023 The signs were supposed to be ready in a week Today on Oct 18, 2023 I passed by the office and the signs are not ready yet I rated 2 out of 5 because they adjusted my logo However I’m definitely disappointed with the waiting time So, I’m still waiting for a call And I’ll give my feedback again when the job is done Regards"
