"Dixeno supported us for many years and helped us establish our online business. Unfortunately, their service and professional expertise declined so much that we had to leave. The last project was poorly planned, inadequately supported and documented, and, above all, disastrously priced. Even after a year of implementation and continuous errors in implementation, there was no recognition of their own failures. The client is to blame. No self-reflection, no review of the situation and the documents provided, or even their own incorrect decisions, claiming they had done everything correctly. The fact that they couldn't remember previous briefing appointments was irrelevant. Even escalation through management remained fruitless; many empty words but no action. That's sad. We would have at least hoped for a meeting on equal terms and an interest in working out a solution. Since this didn't happen, we changed agencies after many years. To top it all off: they attempted to take legal action against this assessment. What a low point. A truly good service provider would continually critically examine their own work and optimize it."
