"Dear Domena, I wish you a significant improvement in customer service quality in 2026. When calling the hotline, I dutifully selected "login and password recovery." The woman advised me to do it through the website. I said I'd already tried, but I didn't know where the reminder email was being sent. It turned out it was the address I was trying to recover my password to, because, as the woman on the other end of the phone stated with a hint of irony, that was the email address I chose for my contact. Despite the absurdity of this procedure (however, it's usually clearly defined what the contact email and the password recovery email are, and it doesn't require the user to anticipate the consequences of this charade), the woman fell silent. So I asked if that was the end of it, and if I should transfer my email somewhere else, because I wouldn't be able to recover this one. The woman replied (annoyance and exhaustion at my stupidity still vibrated in the woman from Domena.pl) that there was a form for changing your details on their website. I asked if this was the only way to go about this procedure (judging by the somewhat snarky and reserved communication style, there could have been 15 faster alternatives). The lady politely replied that I could still remember my passwords... Undoubtedly valuable advice. It's a shame I didn't have the opportunity to speak with this kind, warm, and supportive person sooner, before I forgot my passwords."
"A completely rude hotline. The woman interrupts the customer with a blasé, raised voice, interrupts, and tries to contradict the data stored in the customer's account. The person is unpleasant, with the tone of a clerk from a legitimately outdated system. Management – please verify your customer service level. It's the 21st century, and you don't stand up for the customer. The service is also poor, even though we've been customers for 25 years. We have been."
"I've been with Domena since 2010. I only remember one outage, which was resolved very quickly. The young and enthusiastic team, domains, and hosting work flawlessly. The girls are happy to help with initial setup of the entire package. I recommend it to everyone and guarantee you'll be satisfied :)"
"Hosting and service at a dramatically low level. I have the impression that positive opinions are written by employees. Servers are very unreliable, and in case of problems, imprecise answers: "it will be up and running soon, we are working to prevent this from happening again" but nothing changes, and the problems come back. The last failure is a joke: on Friday I reported the problem (the employee confirmed it), after 2 hours I was told to write an email, because there was no response from the administrator. On Saturday - silence, and the consultant claims that "there was no failure". On Monday (today), the fourth day, still no information, and every phone call is a repetition of the same story, as if I was the one dealing with the administration. I am tired of the constant struggle for basic functioning of services and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone who runs a business that depends on the availability of the website."
