"It's disappointed for mostly couple.we are booking one room but finally we are reached there room is not clean.slepping bad also damaged.rooms door didn't have key also.pool also damaged.we are asking why you doing like this they reception staff told me cancel the room.our time also west.day also west.very disappointed don't try this one"

"The location is really is to find close to Kandana foodcity and just beside the Kandana arpico. The room prices are 03 person room per night is Rs.7000 and 04 person room per night is Rs. 8000. But I should warn everyone the doors couldn't lock properly and receptionist was in the evening told they don't have keys for doors which is really not acceptable. Pool is quite ok and enjoyable and rooms also comfortable. But following day morning when we check our wallets two of my friends lost their money in total Rs.12,500. Surely the workers there at night might came to our rooms when we are at the pool and stole. We complained this to the owner but no response yet. And owner mentioned they have the keys for doors which is mis matching to the statement workers mentioned in the previous day evening. Also they have short time packages which is around Rs.3000 for 03 hours which is famous between couples. Service I really not recommend due to our personal experience."

"I organized a party at the mini function hall of Villa Grand Kandana, One of the nice places to have a party. Food is great, tasty, served with the right temperature. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Moderate cost in all aspects. Landscape is ecofriendly. Didn't try rooms though I gave five stars. Good job Keep it up. Special thanks to Mr. Ranga from Staff of Villa Grand Kandana."

"Check in was untill 10pm, but due to a delay of our flight we only arrived a few minutes before 11pm. The owner welcomed us and even gave us the option to order something to eat (very delicious. You have to try the watermelon juice!) The compound had a few new rooms, but unfortunately we received an older one. The room itself was clean, but because of a problem with the water pump we had to sleep with a very enoying buzzing sound which made it very hard to fall a sleep. The owner told us that this will be fixed very soon. They did their very best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owner gave us info for the rest of our trip, was always available if needed. He is very professional and kind. If we would have stayed in another room, i would have granted this hotel a 4 star rating!"

"Excellent local food, very helpful personell, close to airport, little swimming pool is pleasant after long journey. Rooms adequate to price. Cleaning OK. Good choice in this area and price category. Update: we had second stay in this hotel and the room has some changes to better. See pictures."
