"Our experience with dTLS has been utterly disappointing. We used their services for six months, but the results fell far short of what was promised. The promised leads were never realized. Instead, we mainly saw a sharp increase in bot-generated leads, which were of no use to us. Furthermore, there is a clear lack of transparency in both agreements and communication. Important terms and conditions are not actively explained, but buried in the fine print of the contract. This feels misleading and completely unprofessional. Several mistakes were also made, such as linking to an incorrect landing page. This resulted in traffic being sent to the wrong page. Beyond a simple "apology," no appropriate compensation was provided, even though these were errors on their part. We believe this is not a trustworthy approach. We would therefore not recommend dTLS to companies that value clear agreements, careful execution, and open communication."
