"A agência de marketing digital Duo Studio me prometeu e não cumpriu, dentro do prazo estipulado e do valor acordado no escopo do projeto de criação do site para a minha empresa, os serviços e tarefas a seguir: - Search Console para indexação e otimização de visibilidade do site; - Treinamento para utilização de sistema de gerenciamento de conteúdo; - Barra de cookies com adaptação ao dispositivo de LGPD que minha empresa segue, que deveria ter sido construída de forma conjunta; - Nota fiscal para um serviço extra de R$160,00; Além disso, o gestor do projeto em questão ousou me cobrar R$40,00 adicionais como forma de repasse de custo de emissão de nota fiscal, por outro serviço extra -- o valor da cobrança, que originalmente era de R$240,00, subiu para R$280,00 após a minha solicitação de nota fiscal pela prestação do serviço. No cômputo geral, a minha experiência foi negativa não só porque estes e outros serviços não foram entregues em tempo hábil mas também porque sinto que a comunicação na resolução das minhas demandas deixou bastante a desejar."

"Decepcionada, demora no retorno, apenas um canal de comunicação que é o e-mail do qual não se tem retorno, somente depois de muita insistência, qualquer contato pra manter o mínimo de funcionamento do site é um absurdo de valores, informações importantes como custo de um suporte mensal foram omitidos na hora da contratação, infelizmente somente através de vias judiciais pra conseguir o suporte mínimo."
