"I ordered a MacBook Pro and was told delivery would be within 24 hours. Dustin shipped it to the wrong address. Since then I’ve called multiple times and received contradictory information every single day. First they promised they would change the address and I’d receive it within 24 hours. Then they said they had to “let PostNord fail delivery” before they could change it. After PostNord failed, Dustin again promised I’d get it within 24 hours — so I cancelled meetings and stayed home — but nothing arrived. The next day they said PostNord tried delivering again to the wrong address and it failed again, and now they don’t even know when I will receive it. The worst part is the repeated promises that were not true, and the total lack of ownership. I’ve lived in Sweden a long time and I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessional handling. They also told me I can’t cancel and the order is “non-refundable” despite the delivery being sent to the wrong address. I will not order from Dustin again, especially not for a company account."

"Ordering from Dustin is a bit of a Russian roulette. They might state on the site that they have the product in stock or expected to be in stock a certain date but that means absolutely nothing, it can be delayed for a month and randomly "the product is now end of life" or "the don't know" where the product is. If you're looking for a company to buy your hardware from, then use Webhallen or atea who actually value you as a customer no matter how much you from them :)"
