"Website builders with the flexibility of a small business and the project management of a large one. They use a robust planning and communication system that keeps project statuses clear. The only minor drawback: the departure of the project manager, who had been involved from the start. "I placed an order here. The website was supposed to take about three months to build, but it took seven. I did receive a €15 per hour discount on the extra work, but that's ultimately not what I wanted. Meanwhile, our project manager had also left for another company. There were verbal agreements. Dutchwebdesign hadn't honored them, but of course, no one knew about them, so we were ultimately out of luck and didn't get what we wanted. Such things can happen, and I understand that, but you always hope for a solution and to work things out together, which unfortunately wasn't the case. I value service highly, but I didn't experience much of that with this company."
