Over the years, the service has deteriorated significantly... and the "boss," Mr. Korbinian Andernach, is/was always very difficult to reach; you NEVER get a reply from him, let alone a callback... The staff is constantly changing, so you have NO REGULAR CONTACT PERSON... This was the reason I left the company... The only thing that went smoothly was the switch to the NEW WEBSITE COMPANY – which I'm sure is also thanks to the new administrator. ... Finally, nothing worked at Easy Loop anymore... and in the matter with this "dubious Lower Austrian lawyer - who was even sued by two colleagues" I received "ZERO SUPPORT" from the head of Easy Loop... ...therefore, one star is an overstatement. (I don't like people who leave others out in the cold when they have a problem - that's just not right.) I do NOT want to damage the company with my NEGATIVE REVIEW/rating - my words ONLY reflect my own experience with the company... nothing more.
