They charged 20k as advance and could not build a simple word-press website.. never make a mistake of hiring this company.. complete avoid Response to below : Quite honestly, there was no discussion on selection of a customized theme as it was not a right fit for a small low budget website. You only assumed that I will go with a customized theme. Moreover, I really don’t know where did you get the figure of 50% came from. On emails you said the website was 80% ready where, as per my understanding the website was not even ready by 20%. If it was 80% ready, I would not spend another 18K on building it from Scratch. There are so many good themes available easily, why did a company with such a large team of developers choose to go for a customized theme without taking consent from the client.. You have the website copy with you, please check, I have not used even 0.1 % of the code, design or theme , I am not a fool to rebuild the website from scratch if it was 50-80% ready. Irony is, is you only decide whether the website is ready and that too by 80%... where as the fact is all that was done during the first two weeks was to modify the substandard design by repeatedly asking for design finalization. The draft or wire frame was so inferior that I would have taken a whole month to bring it to an acceptable level .. this should have been done internally by your designer and team lead. A complete lack of responsibility and accountability."

"Quality of service and integrity. I was refereed to Ebrandz by a very close friend and it turned ourt to be a very bad experience. They took a very long time to built a mediocre mock up(1st page only). That too required a lot of inputs from the my end. The whole experience was like you are working a fresher freelancer. Basic design principles were also not followed. I still tolerated as I wanted to start the SEO process ASAP. In the middle of the development they insisted that I come onboard for SEO. to which I agreed as well. I chosse ebrandz as their price tag was witin my budget. that is INR 13000/- per month. I got a crude shock when they suddenly changed their price tag 13000 to 37000 per month for SEO activities. This was like triple the original price quoted over the phone. Lastly, what put me off is their keyword research report. As per ebrandz my keywords were highly competitive so I got the same kayword research report done from 3 other SEO vendors. Not a single keyword was competitive. All of them claimed saying the keyword are low competitive. They are not at all honest and professional in their approach. Suggest caution working with ebrandz. I had to call off the whole contract with them. When I asked for refund..they simply refused. Request them to issue complete refund."
