"I had a really frustrating experience signing up with this company. After paying the annual fee while filing my LLC, I called for support and spoke with Cheyenne, who made it seem like I was bothering her just for asking questions. I had actually meant to sign up with NW Registered Agent, but this company’s SEO redirected me here instead. That already felt a bit misleading, but I decided to move forward. The real issue came when the access code they gave me to log into my Agent profile didn’t work. At that point, the conversation turned tense and unpleasant, as the customer service rep just kept telling me "I see it right here" and would not help find a solution until I walked her step by step and asked what I could do differently to find it. Only then did she mention another way, not clarifying why it's called "Montana Registered Agents LLC" externally but you're supposed to look up "Registered Agents Inc." She also kept peppering in a lot of “yes ma’ams,” which came across as condescending and passive-aggressive. The entire interaction really soured what should have been an exciting day starting my first business. Aside from this, the process was fairly simple and straightforward. Still, if I could, I’d cancel and go elsewhere. I’d encourage anyone looking for a registered agent to save themselves the hassle and choose a different company."
