"AVOID AVOID AVOID! Only use this company if you want to be stuck with them and their ridiculous hosting charges forever. They built us a basic site, with 2 email addresses with very limited memory (to the point we had to create back up gmail accounts to move all the emails to on a daily basis as our storage kept running out). We were paying their extortionate hosting prices for a few years but decided to change host at our most recent renewal as we found a new host offering the same package (at a third of their annual cost) for a 3 year package. When we advised them we were changing host they provided no support whatsoever. All they were interested in doing was trying to sell us their hosting package. Support emails were ignored and the only replies we got were again offering different hosting options. Calling them was no help as the people answering the phones just create tickets to send to the support team and offer no support at all. After being unable to migrate our website through wordpress due to the server not having enough storage we eventually received our website back up files 3 weeks after our original query and have recently discovered they are corrupt! They refused to provide our email back ups and did not provide admin access for us to be able to download the backups ourselves. By the time they bothered to respond, our contract had ended and we have now been without a website and emails for almost 2 weeks. Their answer? Pay for their hosting package to be able to access the data that we have already paid for, that they claim you own!"
