"Caiu demais o atendimento. Há 2 anos registrei com 5⭐️. Vim com minha mãe, chegamos antes do horário, mas a recepção é extremamente lenta para chamar, e além disso mesmo falando que minha mãe tem problema com digital, aí tentam em 1 máquina, outra máquina, vai em outra... a pedido do atendente disponibilizei para ligar do meu celular para liberarem na Clinipam, depois de meia hora conseguimos. Falei q a questão da digital já aconteceu em outras vezes, nunca falaram para "desativar a biometria dela" se tivessem falado antes, já teríamos feito, mas, das outras vezes mesmo ligando em 10 min já tinha resolvido tudo, desta última vez levamos meia hora para passar na recepção. Muito lento e apenas 2 atentendes de 5 ou 6 guichês. Fora isso para ligar para agendar exame e o atendimento pelo whats piorou muito o contato. Continuamos fazemos exames aqui porque desde 2020 minha mãe precisa acompanhar os exames de tomografia e a oncologista pediu para que por conta das imagens e laudo manterem a mesma referência de análise. Lugar é bom, o que falta é rever o atendimento físico que precisa ser mais agilizado e escutarem o que falamos, e o atendimento de contato inicial para agendamento de exames esse é urgente rever, piorou 97% pela robotização."
