"I have been a customer for more than 7 years and today I was looking for some wireless headphones for the phone. I arrived at the place with headphones and tried a model. At that moment, a woman working there, blonde with short hair, came behind me yelling aggressively at me and took the helmet from my hand, saying that I was not allowed to try it and left without being able to say anything. It is unacceptable for an employee to behave like this. Even if she was right, she could come and tell me that in a polite way. Shame"
"To my greater regret, I turned out to be a buyer of MediMarket. I'll start in order. 1. when I came to the store to buy headphones, I waited for a very long time for at least someone to pay attention to me. They don't care about customers! they just sent me from one worker to another. The employees at this store don't know how to talk to their customers!!!! 2. The headphones are defective. headphone price 135€. I came and said this in the store. I gave them a check and asked for a replacement because 14 days have not passed since the date of purchase. they refused! 3. they offered to pick up the goods for diagnostics and pay for it. They promised that I would wait 10 days. 3 weeks have passed and no one gave me the headphones.!!!! I went to the store and they said they didn't know where are my headphones. when I started to say that it was impossible, they went to look for them. found in stock. maybe they have been there for a long time, but the employees did not even want to look. 4. They just gave me my headphones. and I'm not sure if they were on diagnostics. they just handed over the headphones and did not give any paper. NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE. I have not seen anything worse and I do not advise you!!!!"
