"Terrible experience. I made a major purchase (a Thermomix TM6) and, after payment, I never received an official tracking number from the courier, only a supposedly unverifiable internal tracking number. Despite numerous messages and reminders, the seller completely stopped responding, leaving me without shipping information and forcing me to contact the finance company directly to cancel the financing due to non-delivery. Lack of communication, poor transparency, and completely inadequate customer service. Extremely negative experience. I strongly advise against it."
"Terrible experience. I purchased a Folletto vacuum cleaner on December 29th, and as of today, January 22nd, I still haven't received anything or clear information about the status of my order. I've contacted customer service several times, only receiving vague and generic responses, with no concrete feedback. I was even told over the phone that the package had already been shipped and would arrive soon, with the promise of sending me the tracking number: it never arrived. After further useless reminders, an unclear situation, inconsistent communication, and zero reliability. Eventually, they even stopped responding! For an expensive product like this, I expected reliability and transparency, but instead the experience was extremely negative. Not recommended. Update: As of January 31st, all is still quiet. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and am waiting for a refund. Zero professionalism! Meanwhile, I ordered a Folletto from another seller on the 26th, and it has already arrived."
"I purchased a Folletto VK136 on January 29th. After several reminders, I received a GLS tracking number. After several days, the tracking number was blocked, so I sent a certified email to both GLS and Colella Ricambi for information. GLS responded by saying the product never arrived at their offices, and Colella didn't respond to my email at all. After several phone calls, they told me they had a problem with GLS and that a complaint was pending, so they sent me a new product. It didn't track the product and obviously never arrived. After communicating several times via WhatsApp, phone, and other means, I still haven't received anything. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal; I'll open a dispute here immediately. After reading other reviews, I see that this is a systematically repeated procedure. I'm speechless."
