"We purchased a home of our dream and on position date it was a disaster full of disappointment they wanted more time to complete the discrepancies on the wooden floor and the guy they assigned to deal with these discrepancies Name Darcy was scared of sharing his phone number and will call from a no caller id no communication or ownership of the pending work which are still pending with so much to be done they made holes in our dry wall which got never fixed and this guy Darcy is wrong representative for trico as he is rude and need to work on his behaviour. We tried the sales team to finish this left over work other then floor done half way as they still have to close the air return grill which they broke it . Nothing else is completed they just wasted our entire month by giving us lame excuses and false statements. This never ends here they will schedule appointments and no show . We addres this to the warranty department and lady Jennifer said she can not help until a month so Sales team had to fix this . On the day of position the sale rep came to welcome us with cheap 70$ coffee machine to us take the position of the house so he can get his job done . TRICO really disappointed us from all the aspects and services our top floor bathroom is making noise as it is a 40 year old built bathroom I informed Darcy and he promised to get this fixed never heard from him again I guess the sale team along with the rest of them were just planing delay game so they can get over one month mark I can still guarantee no one will get back to us as they don’t value there customer"
