Our experience in numbers: Agreed goal: Improve ROAS in the Google Ads account eMinded's performance: Month 1: ROAS deteriorates by 64% Month 2: ROAS deteriorates by 66% Month 3: ROAS deteriorates by 33% Month 4: ROAS deteriorates by 28% Month 5: ROAS deteriorates by 12% Month 6: ROAS deteriorates by 40% eMinded's self-image regarding this "performance": "We generally do not provide performance guarantees." "I don't see a mistake here, but rather an account that is... clearly developing in the right direction." After a 6-month minimum contract and thousands of euros in minimum fees paid to eMinded, regardless of performance, the Ads account is now in a worse position than before we hired them. Update: eMinded is very aggressive in having negative reviews removed from Google. Their expertise in this area seems to be greater than in the agency business."
