"My recent stay at the Meydan was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were all extremely accommodating and efficient with a smile on each of their faces. My breakfast every morning was an outstanding spread and fast service for continental breakfast. The staff at the Farriers restaurant including the host, Shamil and Ajay greeted me every morning and never failed to disappoint. My room was always neat and tidy with fresh sheets, special thanks for Arman. Overall I had a very relaxed and well organised stay, I will with 100% certainty be returning again and recommending to friends and family."
"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The swimming pool was excellent — very clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. What truly made the experience special was the pool staff. Sagarg, Kasun, and Abduhlg were absolutely amazing: friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. They made sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their positive attitude and great service really added value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who enjoys a great pool experience with outstanding staff."
"I am writing about our experience attending Azizi’s Ramadan Suhoor at Meydan Hotel. We were invited to a complimentary Ramadan dinner by Azizi as we had purchased one of their projects This event was poorly managed from the start. We were promised a dinner at 9pm sharp. But when we got there they started selling us properties!! We were told to to wait until 10:30pm for the dinner. After more delays they opened the buffet at 11pm and boom all the food vanished within 15 mins. There was not enough food to go round for the number of guests they had invited. And the worst part is we stood in line with hundreds other guests only to turn away with an empty stomach half an hour later. I feel bad for the people who were waiting behind us. They did not even find it necessary to inform the guests who were patiently waiting in line that the food was over, let alone apologize for the inconvenience and offer to correct the mistake (remember, lots of people had come with their families expecting a dinner). I could have enjoyed a cozy movie night with my kids, but because of Azizi’s and this hotel’s sheer incompetence we left with an empty stomach and a wasted night Frankly this puts a very bad look on the hotel. At any event the most important thing is level of service and communicating to guests when there are delays or unexpected issues like the food running out. Meydan Hotel failed to follow this common decency"
