I ordered some medication because I was going on a trip, and when I went to pick it up, they told me a story about how they couldn't give it to me if I didn't have it on my credit card because they said it was for a chronic treatment (they had my phone number; they could have saved me the trip or let me know). Obviously, the pharmacist has the final say on whether or not to dispense it, but you don't have to be very clever, seeing my credit card, which was what it was about. Now, Monday, I'm rushing to get medication before traveling, obviously never again. Reply: You haven't called anyone, and it's not at all delicate. The apology is appreciated anyway."

"In my experience, the staff has been friendly, so I have no complaints there. I don't go often, but every time I have (four or five times), they always sell you the most expensive products compared to other pharmacies, and they never have the generic version; they always have to sell you the most expensive version of the medication.
