I had to literally fish out the manager myself I received promises twice to send the part in 2 days and they did not send it to me. (again, pay for the carrier's services) They promised twice to clarify the situation regarding the current situation, and did not call back. They did not pick up the phone when I called, I had to call from another number to clarify the situation with the bracket. As a result, today is March 19, I have been driving for more than 2 weeks with a torn off bumper due to the fault of the sub-managers of this company, today I had to cancel the order and ask for a refund, which, by the way, has not been made yet.
