"Unprofessional / poor communicators / nasty operators. We had the misfortune of engaging Fastrack to provide our website development and SEO support. Months of delays in initially engaging them and then getting the website up provided indication of their poor service standards. Development problems extended delays for another two months (for which we paid monthly fees) but it wasn't until the invoicing confusion that their true colours were articulated. Amid continued accusations that accounts were not paid (despite having been paid on time) and threats of deleting the website...resulted in an angry (but in our minds justifiable) response at which point they pulled the plug on the website. No notice, no real reason...the most pathetic company I have had the misfortune to deal with in 30 years of operating businesses. Plenty of good companies in this marketplace...look elsewhere."
