"Upon arrival, the apartment 707, owner Azhar and Ahmad, Luxury Fountain-viev 2BR near Marina walk & metro, was a mess, there was plaster and advice for bricklayers in the living room. Another worker worked in the bathroom. I immediately wrote to Ahmed that I did not agree with the state of the apartment. Smelly dishwasher, dirty fridge and freezer with leftovers, crumbs everywhere, sheets were not available, a package of feminine hygiene products by the bed, no toilet paper, wifi not working, sink cabinet clogged, used wet towel on the floor, dirty laundry in the washing machine. We were repeatedly told that everything would be cleaned in 10 minutes, but the hours passed and still nothing. The workers were then sent away with the fact that they had picked up a few crumbs from the ground with their hands and said that it was ok. I wrote further to Ahmad and Azhar that we don't have sheets and toilet paper, and he wrote back that he was sending a cleaning lady along with the sheets. Again he said 10 minutes, but only the two workers arrived in an hour and only brought sheets. They told us that they don't have time for further peace. We arrived at 15:00 and got out at 20:00 because of the wait. we only had two days in Dubai and no one will give us back the time lost waiting for peace. By the end of our stay, we were without toilet paper, without wifi and in a mess. Unfortunately, I have to ask for the money back because I am really sorry for the state we lived in."

"We have been living in the building for two years and have just renewed for a third, a clear sign of how happy we are here. The location is ideal, the resident community is friendly and the overall vibe is welcoming. What really makes the difference, though, is the building management. They are attentive, professional and always ready to help. Recently, when we had some issues, they stepped in quickly and supported us through the process. A huge thank you to Joyce, who has been there for us since day one. She is responsive, kind and truly goes above and beyond. Her support has meant a lot to us and has made our experience here even better. Well done to the whole management team for creating such a great living environment!"

"This building has, like everyone else, its pros and cons, of which there are many. I would like to write a warning here for families with little children. I don't think in any other building you will find a children's playroom combined with a conference room, which, of course, is constantly booked. I can't describe my feelings when, time after time, I go downstairs with an enthusiastic two-year-old girl, and a closed door with an announcement blocks our way. The children's playground is suitable for children up to 2 years old at most, or even up to 1.5. The pool is small, the sun is there for one hour a day. At the exit of the building, not only the sidewalk is not equipped, but there are solid obstacles, dirt, road signs, in addition, everyone walks dogs on a single piece of lawn, so for parents with strollers, the location is a complete nightmare. I highly recommend not choosing this building to anyone who has children."
