"Edit 3rd march- another package missing! Someone at this DO is stealing packages! Edit from my missing parcel from 13th January. Was collected from my home as many times before because im a small business.. it then didn't move till the 22nd January (this was tracked 48).. my customer has received it.. Please tell me why my customer has received pink towels when I sell Crystal's and sent her Crystal's? SOMEONE HERE IS STEALING PACKAGES. This has happened multiple times since last year when we had new post people doing the rounds. The package that my customer received also had a different label on that had been rubbed off. This is unacceptable."
"Fed-up with waiting for Tracked item being re-delivered on several occasions, only to receive "address inaccessible" - NO THEY AREN'T - I'VE BEEN STOOD OUTSIDE, LIGHTS ON, DOOR PROPPED OPEN WAITING! - Still not received a red card at the address, so who knows where they attempted to deliver, if they attempted at all! Tried to collect it yesterday only to be told, as It was addressed to a named person at this Business Address, and I wasn't that person, they wouldn't give it to me, even though I could prove I was a director of the business!"
"These guys need better management ; how can a delivery staff ring a bell and vanish without waiting for 10 seconds; I literally got of my bed and walked two floors down and “surprise” I have to wait four days for a package I need. Changed the delivery address to the post office and it was still delivered to my address. What a useless company."
"Today’s experience was a very “refreshing” one, allowing me plenty to exercise. Practically, all the people here were so desperately busying themselves with walking up and down, from A to B right in front of me, so that they just not had the time to do their work, which is to offload the contents of my trailer. Believe me, I had plenty of time to execute my little exercise of offloading the whole contents of my 40ft trailer — on my own. Seriously, there was at least 5 young and old in there carefully monitoring my performance while making sure to keep their distance. When I arrived to the site and walked into the warehouse, the manager in the office, that sweet-speaking, indian-looking grandpa-shaped gentleman said kindly to go on bay 7 or 8 and wait for the guys to tip me. You know me, I don’t mind helping in, plus I wasn’t truly expecting his words to translate into action, so I just walked into the warehouse after coming on the bay, and readied myself to be part of the team to unload. There was no pump truck at hand of course. So the one of the many staff members, who attended me, went on a ‘mission’ to find one. This little 15- minute trip of his, of course, just allowed me enough time to unload all the 19 yorks on my own, which obviously disappointed me enough to prepare for the rest. Well, as you’d expect, it was no miracle that he could only find one of these little helpers (pump truck). No wonder who had the honour to be kindly presented with it (me), while he assured me doing his best of finding another one. No matter who much I awaited his return, I saw him no more that day. H le definitely made sure to give me enough time to unload the rest of my load, which was 20 pallets!!! Of course, many fast-walking, fast-talking, always-busy managers have approached me to ask the same question again and again… ?if I needed help? …but you guessed it wrong… ha-ha… instead, …”if I was going back to the place from where this load was originated?”, which I speedily negatived, and then there was no further interest in talking to me. 3 or 4 smarty-pants approached me - neither was curious of ‘where is their team.’ I’m pretty sure, that that one gentleman is still out there looking for that spare pump truck, and I’m also quite sure as well, that the rest of the team is still on a mission to find their gloves. Very different from how all the other royal mail warehouses operate. Very very different."
"Royal Mail is the one of the most nastiest service that I've ever encountered. I was supposed to receive a parcel today. But the royal mail didn't arrive. Additionally, they sent an reply saying that they have attempted to deliver the item. However, I didn't hear anyone ringing any bell, nor knocking on the door. My room is located just at the entrance of the house and I didn't even hear anything. This is pretty much the absurd laziness of the employees to do their work and just skip it. I don't even understand why people even support such services. I believe that they should be held in contempt for their in-ability for providing the service and should be de-established as there is no point with any of their services. I'd really hope that government to close their business permanently."
