"I ordered a pair of Antony Morato denim shorts from Zalando for my vacation. I paid Zalando on time, and the shorts were supposed to be delivered from Italy by their partner Filoblue S.p.a. and DHL. But halfway through shipping, my package was returned to Zalando for an inflated price without a valid reason. I contacted Zalando to ask why this was happening, and they told me they didn't know either, but that they had reported it and that it would be passed on internally. So I placed a new order with Zalando for the shorts, and the same thing happened again. Halfway through shipping, the package was returned to Zalando for the second time. If I understand correctly, Filoblue are a bunch of amateurs, which is why I'm giving you one star. So, if you want to order from these amateurs, don't do it. It's a waste of money because you'll always have to be thanked for your money."

"I'm giving one star because I can't help it in order to publish, otherwise it would be zero! I bought two pairs of shoes at the end of February, one of which was too big. I sent it back the next day at my own expense, confidently awaiting a refund. After a month of waiting in vain, I called the company and was told they hadn't received the package and that I should have sent a shipping receipt. I did as requested and contacted customer service. They told me everything was in order and that I would receive a refund within 14 days. A month and a half has passed, and I still haven't received anything. However, they've shut down customer service, they don't respond to emails, and they don't answer when I call their answering service. I've now instructed PayPal to resolve the issue and then I'll file a dispute. I will never buy anything from this company again, and if you need any advice, stay away!!!"
"Poor customer service. I called to inquire about sizes; they couldn't provide them, but they listed "standard" sizes and suggested I buy my usual size or contact another department by email. I emailed them, but didn't receive a response, so I bought my usual size, only to find out it was too big. I asked for a refund for the return shipping, as it was due to lack of information; they rudely refused, claiming they hadn't received the email. You can't sell online while penalizing the buyer."
