We 'met' on Zoom to get to know each other, and from this Lisa worked out how to make this a memorable trip. And the app gave me all the details of the trip - even directions to accommodation - and it's accesdible offline too. Fine Tours even checked in to some of the bookings for me. But also left us the freedom to manage some parts all on our own. "We booked our 11 day self - drive tour with Carly Barker. Carly was very patient as I made quite a few tweaks to our itinerary and in the end it was the perfect holiday!! Everything went extremely smoothly, check in at all our hotels and tours was easy and transfers arranged by her went to plan. We drove from Auckland to Wellington and then caught the Interislandia Ferry and Coastal Pacific Train to Christchurch before picking up a car for the rest of the journey. The Fine Touring App was so helpful and I referred to it daily. When I had an issue with one of our hotels and a tour canceled due to weather conditions a Fine Tour Representative was there to help us work through it. I would definitely recommend working with this company to create your dream holiday."
