"I contacted 5 contractors for a quote on a 30' x 40' aluminum building: one did not return my call, 3 laughed and said they couldn't get a building for 6 to 8 months. Only one contractor, Rene Morales, called and asked to come over with information. His quote was what I expected for flimsy, pipe-frame construction, but surprisingly I got heavy- duty I beams and channels frame work. Within 6 weeks the materials were delivered. The building was completed earlier than I expected and the workmanship couldn't be better. No messes were left in our yard. His teams and office girls were professional, experienced and couldn't be nicer, I would give them 10 stars if I could."

"Signed a contract 6/29/2018 to build a house. Said it would be done 180 days after permit. Permit was dated 10/3/2018 as of today, 5/27/2020 house is still not done. Plus many problems with house"
